LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Dan Lauwers has announced he will hold three press conferences with restaurant owners on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at restaurants in the 25th Senate District to discuss how Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s continued lockdown of restaurants has devastated the industry and affected the livelihoods of workers.

“Gov. Whitmer continues to show disdain for small business owners in the state by extending her devastating shutdown of restaurants,” said Lauwers, R-Brockway Township. “Job providers and their employees have suffered long enough from the governor’s inept policies. It is time for the governor to hear their stories.”

Lauwers will hold press conferences with restaurant owners on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at the following times and locations:
